We’ve always had a love for design, the joy of entertaining, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. At the start of 2024, after stepping back from our previous roles, we realized we still wanted to share our passion for design and gathering. We missed our interactions with guests. One evening, after our first sunset on the Delaware Bay, we found our happy place.

Welcome to the Villas, Cape May County New Jersey—an incredibly peaceful, intimate, and low-key paradise with great food and close proximity to everything. We knew we had to share this gem with others.

With that in mind, we started booking our cherished Sunset-A-Ware Cottage, which has since been enjoyed by many friends and families. We are truly blessed and couldn’t be happier. And now, we’re excited to announce that All Spruced Up! Cottage will soon be accepting bookings. Both cottages have unique personalities that shine through!

Our aim wasn’t just to create affordable luxury vacation rentals but to curate experiences and a lifestyle. This vision led to the creation of Shore Good Living. We offer home goods and apparel so you can enjoy “shore good living” throughout your year. There’s much more to come, so stay in touch!
